As we continue to expand, we are looking for a versatile Digital Marketing and Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and creative individual to assist with various digital marketing and administrative tasks for approximately 15 hours per month. The ideal candidate will be proficient in creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and providing excellent customer service. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation:

    • Design eye-catching images and graphics using Canva.
    • Create engaging and relevant social media content that aligns with our brand voice.
    • Assist in writing blog posts, articles, and marketing materials.
  2. Social Media Management:

    • Schedule social media posts across various platforms using scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).
    • Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media.
    • Analyze social media metrics and provide insights for improvement.
  3. Client Interaction:

    • Communicate with clients via email, phone, and social media to address inquiries and provide updates.
    • Schedule and coordinate client meetings and follow-ups.
    • Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients.
  4. Website Maintenance:

    • Make minor edits and updates to company websites using WordPress.
    • Ensure all website content is current and accurate.
    • Collaborate with the web development team for larger projects and updates.
  5. Administrative Tasks:

    • Assist with email management and organization.
    • Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
    • Handle other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Canva and other graphic design tools.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).
  • Basic knowledge of WordPress and website editing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in interacting with clients and providing customer service.
  • Understanding of SEO and content marketing strategies.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and their applications in digital marketing.

Compensation:

  • $17 per hour
  • Approximately 15 hours per month
